Management control

The management of GRETA-GIP Lorraine would like to benefit from a diagnosis of financial management practices in order to identify areas for improvement and good practice.

The Paris IDF Champagne region wanted to structure its financial management in order to steer the expenditure linked to its activity.

The Finance Department wanted to structure IT Management Control (350 people) and, more broadly, the practices linked to financial processes/impacts and the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

XTEP assisted its client in the structuring of its management control department and the deployment of its new ERP.

Following the departure of a key member of staff from the financial organisation, the Management wished to reorganise the financial department in terms of its processes and financial monitoring tools.
