Organisational diagnosis

The management of GRETA-GIP Lorraine would like to benefit from a diagnosis of financial management practices in order to identify areas for improvement and good practice.

Management wants to structure its purchasing approach to support change in line with the Group's strategic priorities, its new D365 ERP and contribute to the CSR approach.

With the aim of improving the visibility of its services and know-how, the management commissioned a diagnosis of its organisation, its service offer and its communication.

The management wanted to map its time management process up to the issuance of the payroll in order to identify possible improvements.

Following the departure of a key member of staff from the financial organisation, the Management wished to reorganise the financial department in terms of its processes and financial monitoring tools.
